Hey all! I just wanted to say Happy Halloween and remind everyone that today at midnight is the deadline for Bludomain's Anti-Pumpkin Contest.  The rules: carve a bitchin', anti-inspired jack-o-lantern and win a  spot to the Anti-Workshop: Vegas!  I've seen a couple of the entries and they rocked my sock off!  Good luck to all the entries and see you in Vegas! p.s. only 6 spots left in the next Anti-Workshop!  Get your ass in gear! p.p.s. - tune it tomorrow for Murray's Birthday portrait!  He's 14 tomorrow and, in celebration, I tortured him with a birthday hat and my camera!

After almost 2 years of chatting with Laura about photography, Photoshop and weddings, I finally got to shoot her and her fantastic fiancee, Jeff.  Their wedding has been in the works for a while; it changed dates and locations, but I always knew, sooner or later, I was gonna shoot it!  When the day finally came, I was delighted to be a part of it!  Laura and Jeff are amazing people and their family was incredible.  It was a small, intimate ceremony (my favorite!) at Calistoga Ranch, followed by an incredible dinner in their wine cave. Laura's shoes - I think Laura looks great in this image - A couple more details - The gorgeous bride - Mom and Dad walking her down the aisle - Doesn't Jeff look so happy? We had lots of time for portraits, which was so wonderful - The wine cave - Their first dance - And the cake! - To Laura and Jeff:  Thank you for treating me like family!  It was truly a pleasure to get to know you and to document your amazing day! delightfully, Chenin

Last weekend I traveled to Wine Country to shoot Kacey and Billy's wedding. I was looking forward to this wedding ever since I met Kacey, who is absolutely delightful. The day was every bit as beautiful as I expected and I'm really excited to share some of my images with you all! I loved these simple, elegant shoes - I'm always looking for hard, architectural light (even in unexpected places!) - Kacey looking fabulous - The moment when Kacey and Billy saw eachother for the first time - A little moment during the Ketubah signing - And the ceremony - Some portraits - Their reception was in a huge barrel room - First dance - Cheers! To Kacey and Billy: Congratulations and thanks so much for sharing your day with me! delightfully, Chenin

All around, it was a beautiful day and a super-fun wedding! Some portraits of the lovely couple - A few details - And then it was party time! To Jaime and Chris: Enjoy Bora Bora! delightfully, Chenin
